A small guided container

Twenty-two days with the Activation Sequence.

A quiet, twenty-two-day passage through the four Gene Keys at the base of your Hologenetic Profile — held in a small circle, guided by a human being, moved at the pace of contemplation.

Capped at twelve people per cohort so the circle stays small enough to hear one another clearly.

What this is

Four keys, one honest passage.

The Activation Sequence is the entry doorway of the Gene Keys — a contemplative journey through the four Gene Keys at the corners of your Hologenetic Profile. Together they map the ground you were given to stand on: the work you are here to do, the way you are meant to grow, the light you naturally carry, and the deeper aim beneath both.

Over twenty-two days we move gently through each in turn, letting the questions sit longer than the answers. There is nothing to master and no correct outcome; the four keys are simply held one at a time, in a small circle, until the pattern begins to speak in your own language.

Life’s Work Evolution Radiance Purpose

The weekly arc

One key at a time, one week at a time.

Each week opens a new Gene Key and closes with a live call to sit inside it together. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is skipped.

Week One · Days 1–6

Life’s Work

We begin with the key that names the work you are actually here to do — not the job description, but the underlying gesture your life keeps reaching for. Notice where its Shadow has been running you, and where its Gift has quietly been showing up all along.

FocusThe outer expression of who you already are.

Week Two · Days 7–12

Evolution

The second key describes the specific way life keeps growing you, often through the same challenge dressed in different clothes. Meeting this key softens the sense that the difficulty is personal, and reveals it as the exact edge your becoming needs.

FocusThe pattern beneath your recurring lesson.

Week Three · Days 13–18

Radiance

This is the key of what you naturally give off when you are unguarded — the quality others feel in you even when you are not trying. We sit with it long enough to feel where it dims, and what small honesty lets it come back into the room.

FocusThe atmosphere you carry into a room.

Week Four · Days 19–22

Purpose

The fourth key is the quiet aim underneath the other three — the reason your life keeps reaching in the direction it does. The closing days are less about arriving somewhere and more about naming, together, what has been at work in you the whole time.

FocusThe still line inside the movement.

How it is held

A simple rhythm, kept for twenty-two days.

Weekly ninety-minute live call

One call each week, spent inside the current key together — reflections, questions, quiet listening. The call is the spine of the container; everything else grows from it.

A private group thread

A small, quiet chat room where the circle continues between calls — questions, reflections, a poem that lands, a photograph of the sky at the right moment. Nothing is public and nothing follows you after.

A daily prompt by email

A short contemplation in your inbox each morning — a single sentence, a question, a passage from the current key. Read it while the kettle boils; let it work on you across the day.

The circle

Capped at twelve people per cohort. Small enough that the guide can hold each thread, small enough that the room can actually hear itself.

The container

One price, said plainly.

Voices from the circle

What people have said afterward.

I came in expecting a course and left with a longer relationship with my own life. The four keys did not tell me anything new; they let me finally hear what I had been avoiding hearing.

Cohort participant

The circle stayed small on purpose, and you could feel it in the calls. Nobody performed. Nobody was hurried through their own thought. Twenty-two days moved slowly enough that something actually settled.

Cohort participant

I still return to the four keys months later. They are not answers I collected; they are questions I now live inside more honestly. The daily prompt was the quietest doorway of the day.

Cohort participant

The voices above are placeholders until real reflections come in from the first cohorts.

Questions people ask

Before you apply.

No. Beginners are genuinely welcome — the container is designed to introduce the four keys of your Activation Sequence gently, from the ground up. If you already know the Gene Keys well, the cohort will still hold something for you: this is contemplation with other people, at a pace that is hard to find alone.
No. This is contemplative practice held in a small circle, not clinical care. The guide is not a therapist and the cohort is not a substitute for one; if you are inside a period that needs professional support, please seek it. What we do offer is thoughtful, attentive company alongside four questions worth living with.
Life happens, and missing a call now and then is understood. Because the circle is small, we ask that you plan to attend the calls you can — the room is shaped by who is in it. If you already know you will miss more than one call, it is kinder to yourself and to the cohort to join the next one.
No. Nothing on the calls is recorded, and nothing you share in the group thread leaves it. Part of what makes the room honest is knowing that what is spoken there stays there. If you miss a call, the guide can share a short private summary of the theme so the daily prompts stay meaningful for you.
Yes, easily. The daily prompt arrives by email and the calls need only a quiet corner and a signal you trust. Some of the loveliest reflections in past circles have come from unfamiliar rooms. Time zone is worth checking against the call time before you apply — the guide will confirm it in your reply.

Still deciding?

Speak to the guide in private chat first.

If a question is turning in you and you want to hear a human voice on the other end before you apply, the private chat is often open within a few minutes. It is quiet, one-to-one, and stays between you and the guide.
