Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Written deliverables — Voice-Note Cast ($20) and Written Interpretation ($30)

Both of these offerings deliver a finished, personalized piece of writing by email. Because the guide’s work is complete the moment that reflection is written and sent, these purchases are final sale once delivered. If you change your mind before your written reflection has gone out — for example, if you purchased by mistake or asked to cancel within the same hour — write to us right away and, if the reflection has not yet been started, we will issue a full refund. Once it has been delivered to the email address on the order, it is not refundable.

Live sessions — 15-Minute Session ($50) and Full Session ($150)

These are scheduled, one-to-one appointments with the guide, so the refund rule turns on how much notice you give:

• Cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before your scheduled time and you will receive a full refund, or you may simply move the appointment to a new time at no charge.
• No-shows and cancellations inside the 24-hour window are not refunded, since that time was held for you and taken off the guide’s calendar. As a courtesy, we still offer one complimentary reschedule even inside this window, so a genuine emergency doesn’t cost you the session entirely — write to us as soon as you can.

To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or write to guide@dendoracollective.com with your name and scheduled time.

Physical bundle — Coin & Booklet Bundle ($189)

The coin set and booklet are physical goods, so they follow a standard return policy: you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the goods, provided they are unopened and unused. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover the return and replace or refund it in full. The included opening session is treated as part of this same offering; if you return the physical set before that session has taken place, the full $189 is refunded together.

Cohort ($555) and Cohort Trio ($1,200)

A cohort seat is fully refundable up until 7 days before the cohort’s published start date. Once the container begins, it becomes non-refundable — by that point, your seat has been held and the guide has already prepared the container around the group that enrolled, including you. This applies the same way to both the $555 single seat and the $1,200 trio (three seats purchased together).

If your plans change before the start date, you don’t have to lose the seat outright: it may be transferred to another person, at no extra cost, as long as you let us know before the cohort begins. For the trio specifically, any of the three seats may be individually transferred to a different person under the same before-start-date rule.

The Guild ($2,222/year)

After 14 days: the Guild becomes a standard annual subscription. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals — every Guild email includes a link to a self-service Stripe Billing Portal where cancellation takes a few clicks and no conversation with us is required. Canceling stops the subscription from renewing at the end of the current annual term; it does not refund the year already paid for. Once the 14-day window has passed, the current year’s membership is non-refundable, whether or not you continue to use it for the rest of the term.

Gift purchases

A gift follows the same refund rule as whatever offering it is a gift of — a gifted 15-Minute Session follows the live-session rule, a gifted Guild year follows the Guild rule, and so on. The one difference is who can ask for the refund: because the purchaser paid and the recipient has not yet claimed anything, only the original purchaser may request a refund on a gift, and only before the gift code has been redeemed. Once a recipient redeems the code, the underlying offering’s normal rule applies from that point forward (for example, once a gifted session is redeemed and scheduled, the 24-hour live-session window applies to that appointment).

The $22 pay-it-forward scholarship add-on

This one works differently, and we want to be upfront about why. The $22 pay-it-forward add-on isn’t a purchase of anything for yourself — it’s a contribution that goes straight into the collective’s scholarship fund, and it is typically allocated to a scholarship recipient very soon after it comes in. Because it has already done its job by the time it lands, it is non-refundable once contributed. We say this warmly, not as a technicality: your $22 is, quite literally, already someone else’s open door by the time you’d ask for it back.

How to request a refund

Write to guide@dendoracollective.com with the email address you used at checkout, the approximate date of purchase, and which offering it was for. We reply and process eligible refunds by hand, usually within two business days of your request. Once a refund is approved, Stripe returns the funds to your original payment method; depending on your bank or card issuer, that typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, and can occasionally take a little longer for international cards.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the offerings above change. When we do, we will post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date, and the updated policy applies to purchases made after that date; a purchase already made is governed by the policy in effect at the time you bought it, unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to you.
